This old gal…

Is enamored…by the swung glass vase…was drawn in…when reading about midcentury decor…found her first beauty at Goodwill 5 years ago…for 1.99…over the years…picked one up here and there…thrift stores…flea markets…antique shops…never paid over 15 bucks…created a delightful little collection…

As luck would have it…the swung glass vase is suddenly all the rage…prices through the roof…those little beauties…impossible to find…the search continues…but shopper me…has had to tweak her criteria a bit…change her rules…accept the former unacceptable into the fold…that satin blue…sitting in the shop for over two years…

You are seen…milk glass with flowers…join us for the fun…little Texas amber hobnail…no amount of cleaner or scrubbing can rid you of your water damaged insides…but this old gal…will love you anyway…

And here we are…back again to that most likely epithet on the old gal headstone…she loved…the unloved…
