You Are A Winner

This old gal…

Saw a sign for the Model Fiesta…apparently some kind of fiesta…for models…

What kind of models are fiesta-ing…came the thought…model homes seemed feasible…lots of building happening around these parts…

Or perhaps it’s a fiesta for model models…fashion models…commercial models…said something about big scale models…this old gal…she’s kind of big…on the scales…

But no…it was a memories of the past…model fiesta…toy car models…stinky model glue…that oldest brother of mine…refining his model making craft…

Had no idea this was a thing…a putting together model competition…going so far as to dole out trophies…or in the case of a tie…half trophies…

There were models of all kinds…in all categories…elaborate…refined…unique…the artists excited to share their craft…

And so it is…in life…every day should be a fiesta…a party…celebrating your hobby…your passion…that…which brings you joy…

May it be knitting…bread making…blog writing…or plastic model building…be proud…show off…you are a winner…or in the case of a tie…

A half of a winner…but a winner…is still…and always will be…a winner…
