Often followed a statement with…fellas…like let’s go fellas…I don’t know fellas…pardon me…fellas…mama me…picked it up too…but uses it more in a comical way…a way to lighten the mood…break the frame…make those people of hers…smile…

And so it is…today is reckoning day…heading up for the blood draw…see how these eight weeks of cholesterol lowering drama…have fared…down five pounds…those Step One Foods so filling…snacky me…just doesn’t snack…those days at the Y…eaves dropping on convos…didn’t hurt either…
