Ever so careful about healthy eating…decided to make chili dogs for lunch…stopped at Hy-Vee for a can of Hormel chili…left…with a flu shot…

Bumped into a friend in the aisle…a new friend…a chair yoga friend…always forget her name…don’t know why…it’s embarrassing really…

She’s adorable…loves cats…loves books…substitute teaches…chats easily…just got back from a trip out west…

Expressed our delight at meeting up…said our hellos…then the first words she said were…we missed you today…

We missed you today…at chair yoga…skipped it…tired from teaching…
We missed you today…at chair yoga…didn’t really think anyone would notice…

Three little words…that’s all it takes…to make someone feel special…to make someone feel seen…to make someone…feel loved…
