Is not a gardener…has never been a gardener…will never be…a gardener…

But that back yard flower bed is gorgeous…welcoming spring…bringing joy…thanks to those sweet friends of mine…

Met up with one for coffee…fellow teacher…former dance mom…had lots to catch up on after the long winter…

Ended our time with a gift…a Mother’s Day gift…a flower for now…a coffee mug for forever…

Not long after…that neighbor of mine…lover of all things twinkly…surprised her old gal friend with another Mother’s Day gift…so unique…so sparkly…

And so it is…in life…sometimes we need our people…our special people…friends…family…neighbors…to fill in the gaps…help us excel…help us shine…

Because in this thing we call life…no one was meant to do it alone…
