Found that Texas winters…are perfect for this sweaty Betty...

Moderate temps…warm sun…cool breeze…wonderful for daily strolls…this home away from home…randomly chosen…from a brochure…offering nothing but eye candy…for the old walker…

The gorgeous river…quaint downtown…lovely buildings…stunning murals…trendy boutiques…the trek never dull…

And somehow…no matter which path was taken…an extra half mile was added…by a jaunt through…the antique mall…which drew this old gal in…every…time…

These walks…could be dangerous though…for if a treasure wasn’t found…in the bevy of antiques…just down the road…on the corner…the bakery beckoned…smiley face cookie…pecan pie…German chocolate cupcake…

Just what the doctor ordered…

And this husband of mine…agrees.
