This old gal…

Was able to squeeze in a quizit..quick visit…with those daughters of hers before DC gal headed home…trekked to Ginger’s place…spent the day…and squeeze did we ever…things into those few hours…chatting…foot rubs…lunch with friends…more chatting…more foot rubs…

Kitty petting…kitty playing…remote working…early Mother’s Day gifting…early birthday celebration…hellos and good-byes…laughter…and tears…

For a quizit…was just that…a visit…a too quick visit…mama me just able to touch the surface…of the time her heart wishes it could have…with her ladies…

And so it is…with life…those sweet babies of yours…blossoming and growing…leaving precious time with them…like petals in the wind…floating drifting…farther and farther…away…

Which makes each and every minute…even in the form of a quizit…just that much more precious…and those dreaded good-byes…just that much…harder…
