Someone Somewhere Most Likely Has It Worse

This always cold husband of mine…

Is bemoaning the fact…that an arctic blast is heading south…gonna hit like…below freezing for a day or two…

Calmly reminded him…it could be worse…and it was…way worse…for that heat hating wife of his…during the holidays…

December 2024…apparently the hottest December ever…in this here neighborhood…but forget the heat…it’s the humidity…

My God man the humidity…like 90 percent humidity…it’s all an old gal can do…to move her big blobby body…through the murky air…

And with the swampy air…came bugs…new bugs…different bugs…invisible little biting ninja bugs…bugs the likes of which this Iowa girl…has never…seen before…

And so it is…in life…those snow squalls of life…can hit hard…get you down…but someone…somewhere…most likely…has it worse…
