Some Things Just Take Time

This husband of mine…

Has come a long way baby…when it comes to picture taking…my Mr…has always been camera shy…didn’t have three daughters at home with iPhones…hadn’t gotten used to the spontaneous selfie…is much more comfortable taking the photo…taking a non smiling photo…or this old gal’s favorite…the I’ll avoid looking at the camera and smile adoringly at my bride pose…

But there’s been a change…a gradual shift in photo taking procedure…this old gal suddenly hearing…take a picture of me…standing here…by this sign…or the sudden grabbing of the Chupacabra Cracklins…holding them by his face…posing…encouraging his photographer…to get her phone from her purse…

What is this madness…this change…seemed to just come out of nowhere…but…like they say…all good things…come with time…and there’s nothing better…than watching an old gal maneuver a public selfie…unless it’s an old gal and that husband of hers trying to get the pose perfect…together…

There’s a little entertainment…or maybe a spectacle…right there…
