​A dear friend…

Made a comment that she was in kindergarten…in 1980…

Had to take pause…cuz this friend of hers…namely this old gal me…graduated from HIGH…SCHOOL…in 1980…and yet here we are today…talk-to-each-other-all-the-time BFFs…

It’s funny…when you think of it…how friendship works…

Those dear friends…trusted friends…best…friends…some 10…15 years older…some…10…15 years younger…and some…younger than those daughters of mine…

One sweet young thing…43 years younger…sending this old gal a card…thanking her for friendship…

And so it is…friendship knows no bounds…no limitations…needs no thanks…

It’s a give and take…when you know…you know…and when you find it…that one that clicks…it’s one of those things…that can never be replaced…
