This old gal…

Couldn’t believe it…that trip to Geronimo…first reunited with Baby Waa Waa then walks into the next room and there it was…one of the most beautiful displays she’s ever seen…

A milk glass display…again hitting mama me with the feels…that daughter of mine…Baby Waa Waa daughter of mine…grew up to love milk glass…collected it in college…used it for her sister’s grad party…

Parted with much of it as her tastes changed but one of us kept a few pieces…not because it’s vintage glass but because those nubby white vases will always remind this mama of that special time in her sweet girl’s life…

A simpler time…college…friends…finding milk glass treasures on grand adventures…

Simple…like this display…nothing flashy…nothing gawdy…just white on black…stunning…breathtaking…awe inspiring…

And so it is…in life…it’s ok to be simple…it’s ok to keep it simple…a walk in the park…a sunrise…a sunset…

Simple is beautiful…simple is comfortable…and for some of us…simple works…
