No sooner than five minutes…on the new front lawn…that not-yet-exposed-to-Covid husband of mine and I…were greeted with a shout…of hello neighbor…from the man across the street…

Shocked recognition sets in…with OMGs…hand shakes…back slaps…and lots of laughter…as lo and behold…the new neighbor…is nothing but an old friend…of whom this Mrs. has heard countless stories…

Then there’s beautiful neighbor next door…a teacher for many years…Longaberger fan…uses stamped gift cards…and loves…loves…loves…Mary Engelbreit…anyone that knows this old gal…can see…this is a match made in Heaven…

Little signs…within the first 24 hours…that the fear of the unknown…holds no more power…because there’s a little bud of joy…blooming with the realization that…
