This husband and I…

Love to spend a couple of nights in San Antonio…walk the Riverwalk…visit Historic Market Square…see what’s new up the Alamo way…

Usually go in December…enjoy the holiday feel…the beautiful Christmas lights…but decided this year…to go during Rodeo time…

Late February…spend a day doing Rodeo things…but the weather was not having it…too cold…too nasty…realized this year’s San Antonio was a no go…

Was kind of like whatever…no big deal…it didn’t matter anyway…until a change of plans…extend our Texas stay…into sunnier days…

And funny thing…once Alamo lover me knew that trip was on…she got excited…because this Texas trip…wouldn’t be the same…without the San Antonio tradition…

And so it is…in life…those tried and true traditions…you don’t know you’ll miss…until they’re gone…
Find a way…make them happen…remember the Alamo…
