Those MS symptoms…different for each…can seemingly come out of nowhere…are oftentimes…invisible…

So when this old gal…sees a post on social media…some peacock sticking out the chest…calling out a stranger…for parking in a handicap space…or using a motorized scooter to shop…

Being all judgeypants…accusing…trolling…this person…doesn’t look disabled…that person…doesn’t look…like they need…a scooter…

She cringes…because pain doesn’t always show…weakness…fatigue…tingling…isn’t obvious…chronic illness…of any kind…doesn’t make itself known…to the masses…

We don’t know…the hidden burdens someone else carries…so instead of bringing others down with shaming…lift them up…with empathy…compassion…and make the world…a better place…
