More Is Out There

Enjoyed lunch at our favorite eatery…on the counter by the register…sat a bowl of candy…

Picked up a box of Milk Duds…one of those mini boxes…that holds just three Duds…was weirdly thrilled to find the treat…cuz snacker me…loves the Dud…

Headed to the car…excited to cleanse the palate…with a little caramel goodness…opened the box to find…it was empty…

And so it is…sometimes in life…we make a choice…job…friend…partner…and sometimes with that choice…we find heartache…amidst a myriad…of empty promises…

It’s ok…to want more…to ask…for more…to search…for more…because…as hard as it might be to find…more is out there…
