Have Fun

Those brothers of mine and I…

Loved to play games when we were kids…always had a neighborhood whiffle ball game going…or football…or nerf basketball…played pepper…Life…Clue…Chutes and Ladders…and the family favorite…Yahtzee…

This old gal was taken back to those kid days…when she opened an I’m-sick-of-packing-and-am-just-tossing-things-in-boxes-willy-nilly box…and found a big person version…of Barrel of Monkeys…

Had hangers galore…three girl closets full…plus the college collection…gave hundreds away…but taped them in sets of ten…

For some reason…chose not to tape those lucky enough to make the cut…thinking they would lie quietly…like good little hangers…and emerge in nice little stacks…ready for the closet…

But no…must have been quite a party in that box…played some Twister…got all tangled…thought it would be fun…to see how many hangers…could stay in one long line…as this old gal…tried to pull them out…

Not as good at board games…as mini golf… but the puzzle was eventually solved…hangers found their new home…

And this old gal…

Learned a valuable…packing lesson…
