This old gal…

Received a text from that neighbor of hers…Got a second to chat by the fence? it said…of course she did…

Not gonna lie…this old gal loves the chat by the fence…it’s so neighborly…friendly…Mayberry like…

And happens more often than you’d think…she taking her dog to the yard…old gal me putzing around with the flowers…nothing but the fence between us…so…we chat…

Always a wholesome chat…that neighbor of mine so young…like those daughters of mine young…love hearing about her life…her stories…

Sometimes exchange food or gifts…her perfect little Christmas cookies…a token from Canada from her recent visit to see family…

And so it is in life…neighbors…gotta love thy…this neighbor…that neighbor…the stand at the fence and chat neighbor…

Love them…love them all…that’s what we’ve been called…or in this case texted…to do…
