This old gal…

Has been stressed lately…not for the reason you would think…instead…it’s a thing…a mom…thing…

That daughter of mine…her job dissolved this summer due to lack of funding…embarked on the grad school journey…paying bills with money saved…

Started looking for jobs…this not as easy…as one would think…wants to stick with her passions…has had interviews…but nothing…panned out…

So months in…studies going well…but the job hunting…amping up stress…for both of us…cuz mama me…

Worries…when her girls worry…
Is sad…when her girls are sad…
Is scared…when her girls…are scared…

So panicky me…prayed for days…every night…and each time she woke during…which was…well…old gal often…

And that amazing daughter of mine…was offered a job…working with marginalized youth…doing…what she loves to do…

And so it is…in life…even when you hit rock bottom…especially…when you hit rock bottom…lift it up…reach out…turn it over…and see…what happens…
