Ate lunch at a favorite eatery…she enjoying the best steak sandwich ever…he enjoying the fact…we were seated beneath the glowing red heater…

Were chatting away when a server stopped by…I’m supposed to tell you to check your phone…came her words…

Was confused at first…had no idea what she was talking about…but did as she said…and saw…us…

A picture…of us…being us…from a distance…unfiltered…unaware we were being observed from above…by friends…

Hilarious…came the thought…I’m so glad I wasn’t picking something…came another thought…then how odd…came the last thought…to think someone…was watching…

But someone…is always watching…family…friends…strangers…children…what do your actions say…what will those watchers see…

Kindness…patience…generosity…humor…love…all things good…

Be the good…let them see…the good…
