Keep On Plucking Along

This old gal…

Dusted off the sewing machine…started a few projects…create some hanging towels…shorten some t-shirts…replace the belt from 1990…that for some reason no longer fits around the lovely waist…looked for the rotary cutters…and realized…they were nowhere to be found…did the frenzied search…sewing drawer…cross-stitch carrier…random tote with fabric stuff…

And so…the quandary begins…did these cutters…get lost in the move…or had unpacking me…unpacked them…put them somewhere…and now…has no recollection…and there he is again…Mr. Time…snickering just a tidge…hinting at the dimming of the old light…causing old gal me…to wonder what else does she not realize…she doesn’t remember…

But hey…one of us…is not a spring chicken anymore…gotta accept that things are gonna sag…and blob…and maybe even…slow down a bit…but that doesn’t me this old chick…won’t keep plucking along…or is it…plugging…along…for some reason…this old gal…
