Admired a nativity display…that was quite unique…special…unlike any ever seen before…the figures in the scene not wooden…or plastic…but instead…created…with fabric…reminded her of a friend…with a talent…that was quite unique…special…an amazing artist…who could make a vision come to life…using nothing other…than fabric…

Directed the High School Spring Play…for quite a few years…had an amazing co-director…worked with outstanding youth…had supportive and helpful…parents…each eager and willing…to grab hammer…nail…paint and brush…to make that stage pop…with a fun and creative set…but it was this friend…cast mom…artist…who added the final touches…the intrinsic flair using her skill with fabric…to bring that set…to life…

Play Director me…misses those days…those shows…a highlight of her career…not because they were stellar performances…they always were…but because it was a coming together of us…all of us…parents…kids…teachers…combining those gifts we’ve been given…to create something beautiful…something magical…something guaranteed…to bring joy…to others…
