Was scrolling through the New Town chat…saw a post about stray cats in our neighborhood…a woman comments with a picture…here are two strays we took in…the one in the front…is the sweetest most adorable cat in the world…I love him to death…his name…is Ted…and what to my wondering eyes should appear…looking right up at cat lover me…is Hot Rod Roddy Piper…aka…Ted…

Messaged the woman immediately…trying to solve the mystery of Ted…she met him in the spring…he comes and goes…sometimes stays over…has won her heart with his wily charm…this old gal…heartbroken that Old Man Wrigley is gone…worried too…that Roddy won’t be there…when we return…finds comfort in knowing that furry friend of ours…is warm and safe…

And the mystery about where Hot Rod Roddy Piper…Ted…and any other aliases he may have…lives…is not so much a mystery any more…that cool cat…is just out there in the neighborhood…acting like he owns it…and not surprisingly…he’s totally…owning us…uhhhh…it…
