This old gal…

Made a plan…before getting out of bed…heat index for the day…astronomical…gonna stay inside…and get that cleaning done…

Started after coffee…dusted this…dusted that…took a break…toodled around…wiped some spots off the windows…and then realized…it wasn’t even noon and cleaning me…was dragging…putzing…getting nowhere…

And there it was…that age old wisdom thing…one of us wise enough to know…that even inside…she…and humidity…are not…friends…

Unlike those beauties in the backyard…tripling in size…exploding with color…bonding with that heat loving buddy of theirs…

And so it is…in life…introvert…extrovert…silence…loud music…what is needed to thrive…is not the same…for all…

And that’s ok…

Find your thing…embrace it…let it work for you…and then get out there…and flourish…
