Change Happens - And It Will Be OK

This husband of mine…

Hates having his picture taken…has never taken a selfie…cringes whenever his gorgeous wife tries to snap a shot of them together…

But when it comes to the Alamo, that couples selfie is non-negotiable and a shot of that building standing alone is a must-have…

Except this year with all that excavating going on, the full frontal, was not to be…plopped on a bench to rest…ponder…and what to my wondering eyes did I see?…

A shot…a unique shot…the barrack shielding the Alamo…the Crockett Hotel sign rising above…loved it!…simply loved it!…

And then, wouldn’t you know, bustling in through the back, stopped quickly to snap a shot and there it was…the angle…the sun glowing above…it was glorious, absolutely glorious…

And so it is…in life…change happens…all kinds of change…sometimes unexpected…sometimes scary…

Have faith, hang in there and give it a shot…what you find, just might be, what you didn’t know you were looking for…
