​This old gal…

Was dubbed Magicalmom…ten years ago…when that first daughter of mine went to college…

She joked that she’d noticed some strange things happening…since living alone…when the toilet paper roll was empty…it stayed empty…toothpaste blobs stayed in the sink…dirty dishes…stayed dirty…

She took for granted…she said…how things just magically appeared…when living at home…an empty toilet paper roll…suddenly full…extra toilet paper…always in the cupboard…toothpaste blobs disappeared in minutes…dishes cleaned and put away without a finger lifted…

A new appreciation was had…for all those little things a mom does…that seemingly go unnoticed…

And thus in thank you…this old gal was christened Magicalmom…in recognition of magically keeping the ball rolling and that little family of ours…running…like magic…all those crazy years…
