Shopping Buddy

​This husband of mine…

Is a good shopping buddy...

He loves to browse….has tons of patience….laughs at stores like Spencer’s…finds his bride little treasures…and always encourages a pretzel with cheese...

But our browsing rhythm was off...at the Outlet Mall in San Marcos…there were hmmpfs...eyerolls...scoffs…

Because this wasn’t just any outlet mall…it was a designer...outlet mall...and let’s just say the discount prices weren’t exactly in our Target price range...

We marveled that anyone would pay THAT for shoes…or that 60% off THAT was still a ridiculous price…and declared that maybe we would shop here…if we won the lottery...or something...

So… instead…we walked the store fronts…enjoyed the sunshine….put 3 miles on the pedometer…skipped the pretzel with cheese for chili fries…

and ended the adventure….at a shop for him...and a shop for her…making both our hearts happy...
