Has a friend…a new friend…a new friend that’s kind of an old friend…if one considers his age in dog years…

Eli…Australian Shepherd…beautiful coat…stunning eyes…one brown…one blue…a dog smile that’s actually quite captivating…

And a story equally so…rescued recently from years of neglect…starvation…harsh treatment…and now celebrating his tenth birthday…and enjoying his first coffee shop pup cup…

With his new best friend…that neighbor of mine…who gave him a home…bought him toys…walks him…cuddles him…shows him the love he deserves…

And so it is…we come full circle…that Ramblings two years past…the loving the unloved zinger…this old gal now lucky enough to see it in living furry color…

And what a beautiful thing it is…
