Is a warrior…an MS Warrior…diagnosed a few years back…while completing her grad school program…with Multiple Sclerosis…the immune system…eats away…at the protective covering of the nerves…causing lesions…which lead to…nerve pain…muscle weakness…fatigue…any myriad of painful things…depending where those little buggers are…

Navigating Multiple Sclerosis…is a journey…a never ending pretty crappy…
journey…the unpredictability of the disease…never knowing…when an episode may hit…deciding on the best treatment…the proper medication…suffering through the horrible side effects…treatments may cause…

This daughter of mine…and that sweet little family of hers…were rock stars…at Walk MS Washington…raising money for the MS Society…an amazing program…that truly is…an outstanding support for those with the disease…Walk MS…a community of passionate people…with a powerful purpose…sometimes…that’s what we need…a community…a passionate…supportive community…

And so…this sad mama…shares with you…my little online community…the successful medical treatment this daughter of mine has recently been on…has been discontinued…only one other company makes a treatment that works in a similar fashion…

The copay…for a 30 day supply…is 3,000 dollars…or buy a 90 day supply…the copay is only 7,000 dollars…ONLY…7,000….dollars…this…has that sweet baby of mine…in tears…has her mama in tears…this…is not ok…and obviously not unique only to MS treatments…
